Steuben is from Yamagata prefecture, Merlot and Muscat Bailey A are from Yamanashi prefecture.
Blended 3 types of components.Merlot which was fermented on skin for 6 days in amphora,Merlot and Muscat Bailey A which was co-fermented for 5 day and Steuben which was fermented on skin for 8 days in amphora.
Aged in amphora for 6 months,then settled it down in stainless steel for a few months and bottled.
